The location was central. I walked to all downtown sites. a tram stop was adjacent to the hotel, a great help. the front desk staff were friendly (particularly during check-in).
the room was on the smaller side, not allowing much space to move around freely.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything (i loved how central it was!). the staff were so lovely and cute, i felt right at home. my room had fresh bed sheets and towels daily, a really nice touch. i even enjoyed the lounge area on the ground floor. It's a perfect spot to relax.
The stairs were a little noisy. I could hear sounds from other rooms sometimes, but it was manageable.

the hotel features a lovely lounge area on the bottom floor, perfect for enjoying a quick snack. although there is no restaurant, you can find vending machines with drinks and light refreshments, perfect if you need something fast. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel.

the location is very nice, putting you right in the center of the city's action, (you can't beat that!). it is a short walk away from the city center and within a 15-minute walk to the most interesting parts. i found it convenient for exploring.
